I had always been a pretty active person. When I went to university my weight was 155 pounds which was on the light side for my height. The first trimester I signed up for the gym and started lifting weights. Trying to put weight on was much harder than you might think. Eating 6000-7000 quality, that is non sugar or fat, calories a day was tough and rather expensive for a poor student. Anyway the pounds started going on and after 6 months I weighed about 190.
